Previously home to the Red Baron Motorcycles workshop and dealership, we we were called in to work with Cassidy Construction as part of the redevelopment. The space was reconfigured into 4 separate architecturally featured showroom/retail spaces.

The roof, floor slabs, masonry block walls and much of the structural steel were retained and re-worked. The cladding consisted of curtain frameless glass, Alucobond ACM cladding, and Rockcote plaster to existing blockwork.

Internal linings included fire rated mezzanine floor, CLD batten features to ceilings, polished concrete floors including in the former workshop.
